Our own products, built to the same standard
Beyond building software for our clients, we design, build, and operate our own products under the same quality and security protocols we apply to your projects.

Facial recognition
From the resident's phone to the reader at the gate
Residents register their face once. The platform loads it onto the readers they're entitled to and removes it when they lose access, with no gatehouse involvement.
-
Step 1: Registration in the app
Residents take or upload their photo from their phone; no one has to take it at the gatehouse.
-
Step 2: Access rules
The platform decides which readers each face belongs on based on the home's permissions, such as being current on maintenance fees.
-
Step 3: Sync at the gatehouse
The gatehouse loads faces onto the readers on the local network automatically, even when no guard is signed in.
-
Step 4: Automatic removal
If a resident loses access, their face is removed from the readers. Removals are applied before additions.
Managers can see at any time who is registered on each reader and why anything is pending.
Architecture
Multi-tenant, from the cloud to the gatehouse
A single platform serves many communities without their information ever mixing, and each gatehouse controls its own devices. Security doesn't depend on every screen remembering it: the architecture guarantees it.
-
Isolation per community
The community comes from the session, never from the URL. Every query is filtered automatically, and any attempt to reach another community's data is rejected.
-
No forgotten exceptions
If a new table is left out of the community filter, the application won't start. The error surfaces in development, not in production.
-
Each manager's own brand
Every property management company presents its own name, logo, and contact details to the communities it serves.
-
Modules by plan
Features are enabled per community according to the contracted plan, with trial periods and immediate deactivation when needed.
-
Devices on the local network
Readers, gates, and video intercoms are controlled from the gatehouse, inside the community's network. The cloud never connects to them directly.
-
Gatehouses with their own identity
Each gatehouse is paired with a one-time code and keeps the readers in sync even when no one is signed in.
