AI that works with your systems, your data, and your rules

We design and integrate assistants, agents, and automations that expand your team's capacity in specific processes across your company. Each solution starts from a metric you want to improve, is validated in a focused pilot, and runs with role-based permissions, human oversight, and data policies agreed with you.

Solutions

Where AI adds value in your operation

We start with a specific process and the metric you want to improve, such as response times or data entry errors. The solution integrates with your systems and includes security controls and human oversight.

  • Connected assistants and agents

Assistants that query your internal systems and carry out well-defined tasks, such as logging orders or following up on incidents, with role-based permissions and human approval where appropriate.

  • Internal knowledge search

Your team gets answers grounded in manuals, policies, contracts, and technical documentation, with references to the source and in line with each user's permissions.

  • Intelligent document processing

Data extraction and validation from invoices, purchase orders, case files, and forms, with direct entry into your systems and human review of exceptions.

  • AI-powered process automation

Request classification, case assignment, and draft generation within your workflows, reducing manual work without changing your controls or approvals.

  • AI in your existing applications

We bring language models into your ERP, CRM, or in-house applications through APIs, with usage and cost monitoring and an architecture that lets you switch providers.

  • Assessment and predictive analytics

We evaluate your data and processes to prioritize use cases with measurable benefit and, when justified, build forecasting or anomaly detection models.

Method

From assessment to operation

Each use case is validated at a small scale before it is expanded.

  1. Step 1: Assessment

We review your processes, data, and risks, prioritize use cases by expected benefit and feasibility, and point out where AI is not warranted.

  2. Step 2: Focused pilot

We validate the use case with a limited group of users and against the agreed metric before expanding it.

  3. Step 3: Integration with controls

We connect the solution to your systems through APIs, with role-based permissions and human approval for the actions you define.

  4. Step 4: Operation and improvement

We monitor usage, answer quality, and costs, and adjust the solution to your priorities.

Our engineers build every solution with the same quality process as the rest of our software: AI-supported peer review, automated testing, and recorded approval.

Controls

Your team decides. AI operates within the limits you set.

Every solution includes the controls an enterprise system requires: who can use it, with what information, and which decisions require a person's approval.

  • Human oversight

You define which actions require a person's approval; exceptions are routed to human review.

  • Per-user permissions

The solution only accesses the information each user is allowed to see in your systems.

  • Answers with sources

When an answer is based on your documentation, it cites the source document so your team can verify it.

  • Agreed data policies

We define with you what information the solution processes, with which model provider, and under what conditions.

  • Usage and cost monitoring

We track usage, answer quality, and operating cost so you can make informed decisions.

  • Provider independence

We design the integration so the model provider can be changed without rebuilding the solution.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we often hear before getting started

Can an AI assistant take actions in our systems?

Yes, when the use case requires it and within defined limits. The assistant only performs well-defined tasks, such as recording an order or updating a ticket, with the permissions of the user operating it, and the actions you define require a person's approval.

How do you control the risk of incorrect answers or information exposure?

Each solution only accesses the information the user is allowed to see, cites the source when answering from your documentation, and requests a person's approval before taking the actions you define. Before it goes into production, we evaluate it with real cases from your operations and, once in use, we monitor the quality of its answers.

Which AI model providers do you work with, and are we tied to one?

We evaluate the available models against the use case, your data policies, and the infrastructure your organization already uses, and recommend the most suitable one. We design the integration so the provider can be changed without rebuilding the solution, and we monitor usage and operating cost so you can make informed decisions.

How will we know whether an AI solution works?

During the assessment, we agree on the metric to improve, such as response time or data-entry errors, and how to measure it. The pilot is evaluated against that metric before deciding whether the solution is expanded, adjusted, or discontinued.

How do you protect our company's information?

We apply role-based access control, secure credential management, separate environments, and security best practices throughout the development lifecycle. When the project requires it, we work under nondisclosure agreements and align with your organization's security policies. For AI solutions, we also define with you what information each one can process, with which provider, and under what conditions.
